tanδ（Dissipation Factor）Standard TYPE 6270A
6270A Series are highly stable tanδ（Dissipation Factor）standards which are made of ceramic capacitance and accurate resistor. tanδ（Dissipation Factor）calibration can be made at 120Hz and 1kHz by switching.
Features
- Capacitance 1 pF ～ 100 μF available.
- Excellent accuracy, temperature coefficient and long term stability make 6250B suitable for calibration standard.
- Direct connection to LCR can be made due to 4-terminal construction.
- OPEN or SHORT correction can be made while connected to LCR.
- Capacitance and dissipation factor can be selected
