4-Terminal Variable Capacitance TYPE VAC Series
VAC Series are 4-Termianl Capacitance Standards. Ten built-in capacitances and dissipation factors between 1pF and 1μF can be selected within the specifications shown below. OPEN・SHORT range is equipped as standard, correction can be made with cables connected. VAC Series can be used as a standard to calibrate LCR Meters as stability is excellent.
